Requirements: We are seeking dedicated and qualified native and non-native English teachers who meet the following criteria: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Certificate in Education, TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or similar certification. A minimum of one year's teaching experience preferred, preferably in English language instruction Experience with Cambridge exam preparation is a plus Spanish nationals with one of the above qualifications or equivalent, Level C1 in English and preferably with experience of having spent a considerable amount of time living in the UK. Teaching Skills: Proficient understanding of various teaching methodologies and the ability to adapt them to meet students' needs Strong organizational and time-management skills for effective lesson planning and classroom management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues Patience, empathy, and a resilient personality to overcome challenges and inspire students. Demonstrated commitment to students' learning and personal growth Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment Enthusiasm for exploring innovative approaches to teaching English Desire to contribute to the overall success of our educational institution.
