Cultural Immersion
This TEFL course and Cultural Immersion are taught in Yangon, Myanmar. This iconic city is filled with restaurants, bars, shops, and anything else you can think of. No matter what you need, you’ll be able to find it with relative ease.
Nearby attractions & things to do: visit Shwedagon Paya, Secretariat, Chaukhtatgyi Paya, Kandawgyi Lake, and Bagan! There are many other historic attractions and fun things to do all around Yangon, plus you can easily head over to a nearby country like Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, China, and India for a completely different cultural experience.
This Cultural Immersion Experience is designed to prepare each candidate for all different aspects of the Culture in Myanmar. Candidates will explore the city, try new foods, learn a bit of Korean, and much more in hopes that they can get their new adventure of living in Myanmar off on the right foot.
Candidates who enroll in this experience will have a job lined up before departure, and will be better prepared for their new teaching position and life in Myanmar.

All nationalities are welcome! At least a C1 level of English
TEFL/TESOL Certificate of at least 120 hours from a reputable institution
Applicants ages 20 to 59 years old -Applicants outside that range can be considered on a case-by-case basis

TEFL Courses
The TEFL course takes place in the largest city in Myanmar, which is now called Yangon.
Yangon has a beautiful mixture of modern architecture and traditional culture that you’ll get to learn about while taking the TEFL course.
Yangon is a popular teaching destination, and there are plenty of TEFL jobs awaiting you.
In Yangon, you’ll have immediate access to many kinds of restaurants and attractions, so you’ll never be bored!
Candidates who complete the course are better prepared for their new teaching position and more confident in the classroom. After approving the course they will have a guaranteed a full-time teaching position in Yangon or Mandalay.
