About the Role
We’re hiring full-time kindergarten homeroom teachers for international-style kindergartens in China. You’ll lead your own class of children aged 2–6 and deliver engaging lessons that put the learner at the center. Some positions start right away, and others start in February 2027.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that meet the curriculum and your students’ needs
- Engage young learners through play-based, hands-on activities
- Manage classroom routines and student behavior
- Build a warm, respectful classroom environment
- Set up and look after teaching materials and classroom decoration
- Document student learning and assess progress
Requirements
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- TEFL, TESOL or CELTA certificate, or at least 2 years of teaching experience
- Experience working with young children
- Patient, energetic, responsible and culturally aware
Salary and Benefits
- 12,000–20,000 CNY per month, based on qualifications

Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, 40 hours per week including office hours.
